About
Dr. Greg Gilbaugh, DDS
I attended the University of Iowa on a football scholarship which provided me with many great memories, (along with a couple degenerative knees). I graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1985, and completed residency training in Advanced General Dentistry in 1986. That training established the foundation to pursue a deep desire I had to serve people with compassion and skill in a field that I truly love and am passionate about. I founded the children's dental center with a desire to bring together a team of highly skilled and caring people that would share in the vision of providing an exceptional dental experience for individuals and their families as well as having a positive impact on our community. Today that desire and mission grows into reality.

I have been married to my best friend Laura since 1985, and we live here in Coralville along with our nine children. I am also a follower of Jesus Christ which provides me the privilege of being part of the pastoral team at Grace Community Church in North Liberty, Iowa.

I look forward to serving you and your family and I will do my very best to make your experience with us one that is truly exceptional!
Dr. Jenn Feingold, DDS
Hello, my name is Jenn Feingold, and I have been a Doctor at The Children’s Dental Center since 2020.

I was born and raised in a suburb on the southwest side of Chicago. When I graduated from Carl Sandburg High School in 2010, I was eager to go out of state for my education. I decided to attend The University of Iowa for my undergraduate degree in Biology. While at Iowa, I continued my passion for playing soccer by competing on the Women’s Club Soccer team as well as running the Chicago Marathon for Dance Marathon. Iowa soon became my home away from home. I graduated from The University of Iowa College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics in 2018 and stayed to complete my Pediatric Dentistry Certificate in 2020. I went onto becoming Board Certified in October 2021. A select few go on to complete this certification as the process is very time-consuming and intense, including study groups, multiple tests, and travel. I’ve always had a passion for working with children, especially those with special healthcare needs. I am very honored to join this growing community and committed to making your child’s dental care a positive experience. I look forward to meeting you!
Dr. James Skvor, DDS
Hi there, I'm James. I'm a born and raised Iowa native from Cedar Rapids. I attended undergrad at the University of Iowa, where I competed nationally for their Taekwondo team. Following undergrad, I remained at the University of Iowa and continued my studies at the College of Dentistry. After graduating in 2018, I began working at The Family Dental Center and practiced as a general dentist for three years. I have always loved getting to work with kids, but during my time as a general dentist, my passion for treating kids and those with special healthcare needs only grew. Therefore, I returned to school and completed a pediatric residency at the University of Florida. While there, I gained extensive experience in all aspects of pediatric dentistry, including trauma, sedation, and restorative dentistry. I had the honor of serving as their chief resident, as well as receiving the Todd Foege Health Advocacy and Leadership Award. I graduated from residency in 2023 and was thrilled to move back to this amazing community. My goal as a pediatric dentist is to not only provide exceptional care for your child's teeth but to also make their experience at the dentist one they enjoy and are excited about.

I am also specially trained in treating infants and children who have tongue and lip ties. I have completed many courses related to oral ties, including the Tongue Tie Academy. As a father, I understand how challenges related to oral ties can affect many areas of growth and development, so I strive to help parents and kids overcome these.

Outside of work, you can find me spending time outdoors with my beautiful wife Makenzie, going to local events and embracing being a girl dad with our three daughters, tackling a house project, and rooting on the Hawkeyes. I look forward to meeting you and your child(ren) in the near future!
